We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Customer Service / Relationship Builder to join our team. The ideal candidate will have excellent communication and organizational skills and have the ability to learn and use new software programs. They will also have a passion for delivering outstanding customer service and enjoy engaging with new people.
Responsibilities:
- Assist existing customers with their inquiries and conduct outbound calls to prospects.
- Follow up on incoming requests coming from various sources such as website, trade shows, referrals, etc.
- Develop and maintain relationships with existing customers to cross-sell products and services.
- Identify customer needs and recommend appropriate solutions.
- Prepare and present sales proposals to potential clients.
- Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing and account management, to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Utilize CRM software to track sales activities and update client information.
- Use order software to process orders and quotes.
- Continuously develop knowledge of industry trends and products.
Requirements:
- High school diploma or equivalent; Bachelor's degree in Business Administration or related field preferred.
- Minimum of 1-2 years of sales experience, preferably in a B2B setting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong interpersonal and customer service skills.
- Proven track record of meeting and exceeding sales targets.
- Proficient in MS Office and CRM software. Graphic Design knowledge and experience a plus.
- Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
- Must be able to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
