Vibes & Verbs is looking for a motivated and customer-oriented Entry Level Customer Service Representative to join our team in Columbus office. As a Customer Service Representative, you will be the first point of contact for our clients, providing exceptional service and support to ensure their satisfaction and enhance their experience with our company.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond promptly and professionally to customer inquiries via phone, email, and live chat, providing accurate information about Vibes & Verbs’ services and offerings.
  • Assist clients with placing orders, processing payments, and resolving any issues related to their accounts or services.
  • Maintain a thorough understanding of our products, services, and policies to effectively address customer questions and concerns.
  • Escalate complex or unresolved issues to the appropriate team members or departments, ensuring timely follow-up and resolution.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to articulate information clearly and professionally.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to handle challenging situations with patience and empathy.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and familiarity with CRM systems is a plus.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks effectively, and work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
  • A positive attitude, strong work ethic, and a commitment to providing outstanding customer service.
