Key Responsibilities:

  • Event Organization: Assist in organizing events, including logistics, venue coordination, and attendee management.
  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients and customers to identify areas for improvement and implement solutions to enhance the overall experience.
  • Record Keeping: Maintain accurate records of client interactions, inquiries, and feedback.
  • Strategy Development: Collaborate with team members to develop strategies for enhancing customer satisfaction and retention.
  • Industry Awareness: Stay informed about industry trends and developments to better serve clients and anticipate their needs.
  • Brand Adherence: Uphold brand guidelines and values at all times.

    Requirements:
