Job DescriptionJob DescriptionRoessel Joy has partnered with an established, nationwide nonprofit organization urgently seeking to hire a HR Administrator to join their team The ideal candidate for this position is proficient in Microsoft Office and Excel and at least a year of previous work experience in an office/administrative environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Camp Audit Ensure all camp audit files are in compliant approximately 250 files.
  • File all HR documents in active and terminated personnel files.
  • File all I-9 forms in binders.
  • Data entry, typing, copying and filing of all HR related documents as assigned.
  • Assist People Operations Coordinator and VP of HR with project work.
  • Organize Employee / Applicant CORI/SORI files to meet compliance.
  • Other duties and projects as assigned.
Qualifications:
  • Previous experience working in an office / administrative environment
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel and Outlook), data management and web competency
  • Flexibility and the ability to multi-task and manage changing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Strong attention to detail and accurate data entry skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Ability to practice discretion and maintain confidentiality
