We are focused on providing a high quality experience for our employees and our customers.

We are looking for a motivated individual to perform office duties. This will include answering calls, dispatching calls to technicians, basic accounting functions, and other office responsibilities in a fast paced, supportive work environment.
Basic computer skills & critical thinking is required for this position.
1-800-Plumber +Air of Cleveland is a local, family owned company with the customer in focus for everything we do.

Requirements:


  • Have a courteous and pleasant demeanor
  • Ability to multitask and make quick decisions
  • Managing incoming calls and customer service inquiries
  • Identify customers issues (plumbing or HVAC) and booking the job accordingly.
  • Utilize great communication skills to ensure the customer is satisfied and all needed information is received during the call
  • Technician Scheduling & Dispatching
  • Handles Invoice Process
  • Perform clerical and mail processes
  • Be self-motivated & effective without micromanagement
  • Additional duties as directed by owners/manager
