Administrative Asst

Responsible for managing multiple tasks and providing support to our department. The primary end result of this role is to ensure the smooth and efficient operation of our administrative processes.
Responsibilities:
Highly organized and detail-oriented
Manage and maintain appointment schedules for staff and faculty
Handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
Assist with special events and projects as needed
Maintain accurate and up-to-date filing systems
Resolve conflicts and issues in a timely and effective manner
Skills:
As an Administrative Assistant, you will use your strong organizational and time management skills to manage multiple tasks and ensure that all administrative processes run smoothly. You will also use your excellent communication and interpersonal skills to handle confidential information and resolve conflicts. Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with spreadsheets, is essential for this role. Additionally, experience with digital photography and graphic design software, as well as familiarity with student affairs in an educational setting, would be beneficial.
Minimum Requirements:
High school diploma or equivalent
3+ years of experience in a receptionist or administrative role Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, particularly with spreadsheets
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Preferred Qualifications:
Associate's or Bachelor's degree in a related field
Experience with digital photography and graphic design software
Familiarity with student affairs in an educational setting
