Summary:

The Medical Patient Registration (Patient Access Coordinator) role will be responsible for completing the patient registration process, answering incoming calls, collecting copayments, scheduling appointments, and other patient service functions. You will be successful in this role if you have excellent customer service skills, are adaptable, patient, and are culturally sensitive.

Qualifications:

  • One year of experience required, preferably in a medical office setting.
  • Previous computer and customer service experience (required)
  • Knowledge of medical terminology is beneficial in this role

Schedule:

Full Time, M-F
*Cross-training and/or occasional floating may be required
