About NBI
NBI offers specialized psychological assessment and treatment services for children, adolescents, and adults at multiple locations in South Florida. NBI provides outpatient and intensive treatment, including an internationally recognized intensive treatment program for Obsessive-Compulsive Disorder (OCD), Severe Anxiety, and Related Disorders. These programs are often provided in combination with NBI Ranch, our nearby residential support program.

Job Summary:
The Front Desk Administrative Support position is responsible for greeting patients and maintaining the front office while representing the practice with professionalism. The position will also support the operation of the office by performing a variety of clerical and administrative tasks.
Duties/Responsibilities:
- Greet and check in patients.
- Answer phone calls/ Redirect phone calls to appropriate clinician.
- Update status of appointments for patients.
- Give out information about services at NBI.
- Schedule calls between clinicians and other professionals.
- Schedule internal office meetings.
- Check emails for patient cancelations/updates and Clinician updates.
- Maintains supply inventory and orders supplies as needed.
Required Skills/Abilities:
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Excellent organization and attention to detail.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
- Basic understanding of clerical procedures and systems such as record keeping and filing.
- Ability to maintain confidential information.
- Sort and distribute mail.
- Assist in other admin duties as needed.
Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or equivalent required; Associate degree preferred.
- Three to five years of experience in an administrative role
- Bilingual preferred
