Join Our Team: Events Assistant

Are you passionate about creating unforgettable experiences and coordinating seamless events? Style Netbox is looking for a dedicated Events Assistant to join our team in Jacksonville, FL.

About the Role: As an Events Assistant at Style Netbox, you'll play a key role in supporting the planning, coordination, and execution of various events that align with our clients' brands and objectives. You'll work closely with our event management team to ensure every detail is meticulously planned and executed to deliver exceptional experiences.

Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the logistical planning and coordination of events, including venue selection, vendor management, and scheduling.
  • Coordinate event logistics such as catering, transportation, and audiovisual equipment setup.
  • Provide on-site support during events, ensuring everything runs smoothly and addressing any issues that may arise.
  • Assist in creating event timelines, run sheets, and attendee lists.
  • Communicate effectively with clients, vendors, and internal teams to ensure all event requirements are met.
  • Assist with post-event activities, including gathering feedback and evaluating event success metrics.

Qualifications:

  • High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor's degree in Hospitality Management, Event Planning, or related field preferred.
  • Previous experience in event planning, hospitality, or customer service is beneficial.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-focused approach.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite and event management software is a plus.
  • Creative mindset with attention to detail and problem-solving abilities.
