Service Sales – Commercial Roofing

Essentials

  • Minimum of 2 years’ experience of service sales in commercial roofing
  • Great understanding of roofing systems, materials and installation
  • Valid driving license
  • Can-do attitude and desire to achieve

With specialist divisions spanning commercial roofing, residential roofing and siding. This role is within the commercial roofing division and has a focus on customer service as well as working with the internal team to identify opportunities and create accurate estimates.

Role

  • Identify new opportunities for business in the local area
  • Take calls of for emergency repairs and sell the best solution
  • Build a client base by creating long-lasting and strong relationships with customers, vendors and internal teams
  • Work with clients to identify the best solution
  • Meet and exceed sales targets to grow business (and your commission)
  • Travel in the local area
