The Role You’ll Play to Create Success

We are eager to announce a full-time, onsite, Selling Branch Manager position at our office in Largo, FL, filled with many exciting opportunities In this role, you will have the opportunity to impact the FrankCrum Staffing business everyday by managing all aspects of staffing office sales and operations.

  1. Prospects for new job orders through outside sales, cold calling, networking, marketing, presentations, and follow-up communications.
  2. Screens prospects to identify qualified leads for new business development in negotiating and closing orders.
  3. Evaluates, develops, and implements sales and recruiting standards, along with measurements and production expectations to ensure consistency within the branch and implements tactics to accomplish goals. 
  4. Monitors performance and productivity against goals and manages branch staff to achieve goals.
  5. Manages and participates in branch recruitment efforts up to and including interviewing and assessing candidates, conducting background/reference checks, and maintaining appropriate candidate inventory.
  6. Learns client’s businesses to determine needs, wants, and budget to effectively apply knowledge of FrankCrum Staffing services and find innovative solutions.
  7. Attends sales and recruiting events such as trade shows, job fairs, university recruitment programs, Florida WorkNet, and other traditional and non-traditional sales and applicant sourcing opportunities to determine which will provide the greatest benefit.
  8. Administers pay/bill process to ensure a proper gross profit/loss and assumes responsibility for branch financials.
  9. Manages daily operations, provides business development support, and maintains complete and accurate documentation of all branch activities.
  10. Manages personnel of the branch by coaching, motivating, and training to ensure compliance with established policies and procedures as well as Federal, state, and local regulations (i.e., DOL, Workers’ Compensation, Unemployment, HR, Legal, Account Management System, EEOC, ADA, etc.).
  11. Reviews market analysis to determine customer needs, volume potential, price schedules, and discount rates, and develops sales campaigns. 

The Attributes We Seek

Keys to success in this position include knowledge of business to business sales and recruiting best practices, processes, recruitment regulatory compliance, and emerging trends. Two (2) years of staffing industry or related experience, two (2) years of b2b sales, and two (2) years of supervisory experience is required. Bachelor’s degree in human resources or equivalent experience preferred, high school diploma or equivalent is required. Must be fluent in Spanish and English, as well as have a valid Florida driver license.
