Overview:
The Front Desk Receptionist plays a critical role in upholding Peak’s hard-earned reputation of delivering on our promise of providing prompt service and direct access to our in-house experts. The Front Desk Receptionist is responsible for answering all incoming phone calls, processing incoming mail including FedEx, UPS, and other deliveries, as well as greeting incoming visitors.
Responsibilities:
- Answering Calls: Promptly answer all incoming phone calls within a ring or two.
- Processing Incoming Items: Process and route incoming items, including mail, to the appropriate parties.
- Document Management: Consistently and timely scan documents into online depository.
- Professional Communication: Provide prompt professional communication internally and externally via phone and email.
- Office Assistance: Assist others in the office as needed.
- Maintain Lobby and Reception Area: Ensure cleanliness and order of the lobby and reception area.
- Support New Hire Processes: Support new hire welcoming and onboarding processes.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Strong organizational skills with the ability to multi-task.
- Friendly and professional demeanor.
- Proficient in using office equipment such as telephones, printers, and scanners.
- Basic computer skills, including familiarity with email and document management systems.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
