Mantas Developer or OFSSA/FCCM/Consultant-----Hubrid role in Summit, NJ---6 Months (Contract to Hire)
Title: Mantas Developer or OFSSA/FCCM/Consultant
Location: 190 River Rd Summit, NJ (Hybrid 3 days on-site)
Duration: 6 Months (Contract to Hire)
Rate: $60/hr Per hour on a W2
I can only work on a W2 basis
Mantas is now being referred to as FCCM (Financial Crime and Compliance Management) and was previously known as OFSAA (Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications).
Job Description:
Mantas is a transaction monitoring software from Oracle that Wells Fargo is investing in standing up as a new part of the Anti-Money Laundering group\'s technical environment. Hoping to have it released by 3rd quarter of next year, project is centered in the Summit, NJ office.
This position will work separate from the full stack self-dev teams under HM.
Will work in a Kanban structure, be part of a fully US based team that would be about 9 people fully staffed.
We’re bringing in a lot of data.
Technically qualified candidates would have experience in staging data load, Derivation/Aggregation processes and running the detection scenarios.
Requires software development experience.
Day to day will involve:
Mantas configuration, migrating Oracle scenarios from one environment to the other, and creating batches.
Experience with custom model development, Scenario customization, performance tuning, and operationalizing the scenarios.
Will work on the administration of the application.
Will work with production teams on deployments.
Tuesdays and Wednesdays are usually Sprint days, so it\'s good to be in the office on those days.

Strong knowledge of PL/SQL
Job duties:
Conduct discovery sessions to confirm configuration/threshold parameters for all the models from the FCCM components namely Anti Money Laundering Enterprise edition.
Experience using Scenario manager to customize the OOTB scenarios.
Good knowledge in MANTAS data models such as Client and FSDM.
Conduct data assessment requirements to evaluate data quality and adequacy to run the models.
Assist production and non-Production deployments.
Coordinate and Collaborate with Oracle organization\'s resources in ensuring a successful deployment of the FCCM suite of applications.
