Mantas is a sophisticated transaction monitoring solution from Oracle, currently being integrated into the Anti Money Laundering division's technical framework. The initiative aims for a rollout in the near future, focusing on the Summit, NJ office.
This role operates independently from the full-stack development teams and will engage in a Kanban workflow, collaborating with a dedicated US-based team of approximately 9 members.

Daily responsibilities will encompass Mantas configuration, migrating Oracle scenarios across environments, and batch creation. The role includes administration of the application and collaboration with production teams during deployment processes. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are typically designated as Sprint days, making in-office presence beneficial.

Mantas is now referred to as FCCM (Financial Crime and Compliance Management) and was previously known as OFSAA (Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications). Candidates with extensive experience in this area are preferred, particularly those who can work without sponsorship, although submissions with relevant Mantas experience will be considered.



Role Overview:
This position is an individual contributor role for an Oracle FCCM Mantas developer, focusing on hands-on coding for multiple projects and requirements concurrently. The developer will provide technical support to co-located teams and design automation solutions to enhance the development process.
Additionally, the role involves advocating for the adoption of the latest technologies and frameworks, motivating the team to utilize tools that improve product quality.

Responsibilities:
- Configure threshold parameters for all models within the FCCM components, specifically the Anti Money Laundering Enterprise edition.
- Utilize Scenario Manager to customize out-of-the-box scenarios.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of MANTAS data models, including Client and FSDM.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate data quality and adequacy for model operation.
- Assist with both production and non-production deployments.
- Collaborate with Oracle resources to ensure successful deployment of the FCCM suite of applications.

Essential Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Mantas/FCCM (Financial Crime and Compliance)/OFSAA (Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications) is preferred.
- Proficiency in FCCM Configuration
- Knowledge of Unix and PL/SQL
- Experience in Mantas scenario development
- Familiarity with Autosys
- Strong command of PL/SQL

Additional Qualifications:
- 7+ years of IT experience in designing and developing projects utilizing Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Ability to design and develop load processes for SQL & PL/SQL and queries for large databases with high transaction volumes.
- Experience working with production support teams to define application run books and pre-production checks.
- Self-motivated individual capable of navigating complex requirements and executing projects independently.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving abilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Experience in Agile delivery is preferable.
