The Mantas software, utilized for transaction monitoring, is being integrated into the Anti Money Laundering division's technical framework. This initiative is set to enhance the operational capabilities of the team based in Summit, NJ.

This role is distinct from the full-stack development teams and will operate within a Kanban framework, collaborating with a dedicated US-based team of approximately nine members.

Daily responsibilities will include Mantas configuration, migrating Oracle scenarios across environments, and batch creation. The role also involves application administration and working closely with production teams on deployment activities. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are typically designated as Sprint days, making in-office presence beneficial.

Mantas, now referred to as FCCM (Financial Crime and Compliance Management), was previously known as OFSAA (Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications). Candidates with extensive experience in Mantas are highly sought after, with preference given to those who can work without sponsorship.



Role Overview:
This position is an individual contributor role focused on Oracle FCCM Mantas development. It involves hands-on coding for multiple projects and requirements concurrently, providing technical support to co-located teams, and designing automation solutions to enhance the development process.

Responsibilities:
- Configure threshold parameters for all models within the FCCM components, specifically the Anti Money Laundering Enterprise edition.
- Utilize Scenario Manager to customize out-of-the-box scenarios.
- Demonstrate strong knowledge of Mantas data models, including Client and FSDM.
- Conduct data assessments to evaluate quality and adequacy for model execution.
- Assist with both production and non-production deployments.
- Collaborate with Oracle resources to ensure successful deployment of the FCCM suite of applications.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Mantas/FCCM/OFSAA is preferred.
- Proficiency in FCCM Configuration, Unix, and PL/SQL.
- Experience in Mantas scenario development and Autosys.
- Strong PL/SQL knowledge is essential.

Essential Qualifications:
- 7+ years of IT experience in designing and developing projects using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Expertise in developing load processes for SQL & PL/SQL and handling large databases with high transaction volumes.
- Experience collaborating with production support teams to define application run books and pre-production checks.
- Self-starter with the ability to navigate complex requirements and execute projects independently.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills.
- Preferable experience in Agile delivery methodologies.
