The Mantas software is a critical component for transaction monitoring, and the client is focused on establishing it as a key element of their Anti-Money Laundering technical framework. The project is anticipated to be operational by the third quarter of 2024, with a dedicated team based in Summit, NJ.

This role operates independently from the full-stack development teams and follows a Kanban methodology, collaborating with a fully US-based team of approximately nine members.

Daily responsibilities will include configuring Mantas, migrating Oracle scenarios across environments, and managing batch processes. The position also involves application administration and working closely with production teams for deployments. Tuesdays and Wednesdays are designated as Sprint days, emphasizing the importance of being present in the office on these days.

Mantas, now known as FCCM (Financial Crime and Compliance Management), was previously referred to as OFSAA (Oracle Financial Services Analytical Applications). Given the specialized nature of this role, candidates with extensive experience are preferred, particularly those who can work without sponsorship.



Role Overview:
This is an individual contributor position for an Oracle FCCM Mantas developer, focusing on hands-on coding across multiple projects and requirements. The role includes providing technical support to co-located teams and designing automation solutions to enhance the development process. The candidate will take a lead role in promoting the use of the latest technologies and frameworks, motivating the team to utilize tools that improve product quality.

Responsibilities:
- Configure threshold parameters for all models within the FCCM components, specifically for the Anti-Money Laundering Enterprise edition.
- Utilize Scenario Manager to customize out-of-the-box scenarios.
- Demonstrate a solid understanding of Mantas data models, including Client and FSDM.
- Conduct assessments to evaluate data quality and suitability for model execution.
- Assist with both production and non-production deployments.
- Collaborate with Oracle resources to ensure successful deployment of the FCCM suite of applications.

Required Qualifications:
- Experience with Oracle Mantas/FCCM/OFSAA is highly desirable.
- Proficiency in FCCM configuration, Unix, and PL/SQL.
- Experience in Mantas scenario development and Autosys.
- Strong command of PL/SQL.

Essential Qualifications:
- 7+ years of IT experience in designing and developing projects using Oracle SQL and PL/SQL.
- Expertise in developing load processes for large databases with high transaction volumes.
- Experience working with production support teams to define application run books and pre-production checks.
- A self-starter capable of navigating complex requirements and executing projects independently.
- Strong debugging and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities.
- Experience in Agile delivery is preferred.
