Job Description:


The Scheduler/Router will be responsible for efficiently planning and coordinating monthly routes for our HVAC technicians. This role requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:


  • Schedule monthly routes for HVAC technicians.
  • Optimize daily routes to ensure maximum efficiency and productivity.
  • Communicate with customers to confirm appointments and provide updates on technician arrival times.
  • Monitor technician progress and adjust schedules as needed to accommodate emergencies or changes.
  • Maintain accurate records of service calls, work orders, and customer interactions.
  • Assist in resolving any scheduling conflicts or issues that may arise.
Qualifications:


  • High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certifications in HVAC or related field is a plus.
  • Proven experience in scheduling, dispatching, or a similar role, preferably in the HVAC industry.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in using scheduling software and MS Office applications.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle stressful situations calmly.
  • Attention to detail and a high level of accuracy in work.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think on your feet.
