Implementation Specialist

We are partnering with an AI technology company that specializes in developing cutting-edge solutions to revolutionize various industries. Currently, we are searching for a dedicated Implementation Specialist to join our team on a part-time contract basis. As an Implementation Specialist, you will be pivotal in ensuring successful deployment and integration of our solutions for our clients.

Key Responsibilities

  • Project Implementation: Lead the implementation of our AI technology solutions across client projects, ensuring seamless integration and customization based on client requirements.

  • Client Engagement: Collaborate closely with clients to understand their needs, provide guidance on best practices, and deliver training sessions to maximize the value of our solutions.

  • Technical Support: Provide ongoing technical support to clients post-implementation, troubleshoot any issues that may arise, and ensure client satisfaction with the solutions.

  • Documentation: Create and maintain detailed documentation on implementation processes, configuration details, and best practices for internal and client use.

  • Quality Assurance: Conduct quality assurance checks to ensure that the implemented solutions meet quality standards and perform optimally.

  • Feedback Collection: Gather feedback from clients on their experience with the implemented solutions to drive continuous improvement and product enhancement.

Qualifications

  • Experience: Previous experience in software implementation, technical support, or related roles. Experience in AI technology implementation is a plus.

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field. Relevant certifications in project management or software implementation are advantageous.

  • Skills:

    • Strong technical aptitude with the ability to quickly grasp complex software solutions.

    • Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to troubleshoot technical issues effectively.

    • Effective communication skills with the ability to convey technical information clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

    • Detail-oriented with a focus on delivering high-quality results within project timelines.

    • Ability to work independently as well as part of a collaborative team environment.
