YOUR IMPACT

As a Sales Account Manager - Ophthalmics Rep, you're responsible for seeking leads in the optical industry, setting up meetings, and forging new business connections. You proactively reach out to prospects as well as communicate with existing partners to drive sales and encourage growth. You develop a deep understanding of our optical coating and technology products and meet with prospects to promote our business. Your duties include conducting presentations, negotiating pricing and terms, and collaborating with colleagues to close deals and ensure happy clients.

SALES ACCOUNT MANAGER - OPHTHALMICS REP QUALIFICATIONS

  • Bachelor's degree in science, engineering, or an equivalent field
  • 5+ years of sales-related experience in the ophthalmic industry
  • Excellent English communication skills with the ability to build a rapport with all kinds of personalities
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously
  • Considerate mindset and ability to adjust strategies for the situation
  • Strong collaboration and problem-solving skills
  • Willingness to travel a minimum of 50% with some long hours and non-traditional work schedules
