Department: Maintenance

Reports to: Assistant Vice President, Facilities Management (AVPFM)

Positions Reporting to this Position: Facility managers, Porter/ Van Drivers/Maintenance

Salay: 72,572.76

Purpose of the Position

The Regional Operational Facility Manager is a deadline-driven professional with experience in facilities maintenance and construction. S/he supervises porter/van drivers and works with maintenance staff to ensure Win facilities are kept clean and the exterior is free of debris and well maintained. S/he conducts regular inspections of the facilities to determine necessary repairs, replacements and improvements.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for providing administrative support to Assistant Vice President of Facilities Management and assigned divisions in Win’s Executive Office.

  • Responsible for preparing and filing correspondence, compiling relevant vehicle and maintenance reports as directed by the AVPFM and the Chief Operating Officer (COO).

  • Create and maintain a report to track all repair request showing their current status and issue work orders.

  • Supervise Porters and Van Drivers.

  • Complete performance evaluations on time.

  • Cooperate with the Human Capital Department to address recruitment and staff performance concerns.

  • Collaborate with the Human Capital Department for all investigations.

  • Take the lead on special projects for the AVPFM as assigned.

  • Function as the co- contact person for all facility service inquiries.

  • Represent the AVPFM at internal and external meetings.

  • Establish and maintain a maintenance program for all heating, ventilation, and air conditioning (HVAC) systems and boilers.
