Responsibilities

  • Providing world class client service to our Clients nationwide to help them grow their business
  • Leading a team of Partner Service professionals to help them achieve the highest level of performance
  • As a producing leader you will help guide and coach our Clients to help them achieve their highest level of performance
  • Training and educating accounts on UWM’s programs, products, processes, and culture
  • Building and maintaining long-term relationships and partnerships with our Clients
  • Monitoring the growth performance of our Clients
  • Traveling to conventions and broker shows, as necessary

Qualifications

Must Have Qualifications:

  • Experience working with sales
  • Has been a leader at UWM or a Trainer

Nice to Have Qualifications:

  • In addition, we look for previous mortgage experience; a proven combination success as a loan officer, originator, banker, wholesale account executive, recruiting, marketing, I.T., training or leadership experience.
