United Wholesale Mortgage is seeking a highly skilled Financial Risk Analyst to join our team. As a Financial Risk Analyst, you will be responsible for providing elite service to internal and external clients, managing multiple priorities, and building rapport with clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Collect, review, and examine an applicant's financial history and records
  • Perform risk assessment reports
  • Analyze client's financial statements and identify effective alternatives to application
  • Make loan approval decisions
  • Maintain knowledge of and adhere to investor guidelines, state and federal underwriting lending policies, and the required documentation
  • Keep up with changes and adaptations as they occur
  • Communicate with clients on loan conditions and statuses via phone or video message
Requirements
  • Completed Bachelor's degree
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
