Summary

The Group Account Director oversees all strategic direction and deliverables on assigned client programs ensuring they are accomplished according to deadlines, business requirements and quality standards. This individual must also integrate the contributions of multiple business representatives across a complex set of programs and serve as primary contact with key client(s) for strategic and daily delivery of program needs. This position is remote but Saint Paul, MN is preferred.


KEY ACCOUNTABILITIES

  • Serve as most senior client contact, internal liaison, advocate and program owner within Augeo
  • Direct the execution team responsible for all client facing program deliverables; expected direct report team: 5-7 Program Management resources
  • Serve as primary manager and expert of client’s program(s) including business objectives, platform configuration, reporting and user experience
  • Engage and interact professionally and collaboratively with Account Management team, Technical & Project Managers, Marketing & Digital Services, Operations, Customer Support and other contributing business units
  • Manage program scope and quality expectations within each client program as outlined in Service Agreement(s)
  • Prepare and strategically present Change Orders and costing for program enhancements or out of scope requests
  • Anticipate issues that may compromise project budget, schedule or quality objectives and proactively develop remedies
  • Support financial analysis and budgeting to clients and Augeo management as needed
  • Lead internal and client meetings including agendas and recaps
  • Prepare, direct and participate in the Account Review process
  • Demonstrated success with Account Management and Project Management fundamentals

QUALIFICATIONS, SKILLS, EXPERIENCE

  • Ten+ years of project management, marketing and client service experience
  • Four-year college degree or higher; MBA preferred
  • Previous experience with employee, channel or customer loyalty programs strongly preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; preferably with focus in marketing
  • Strong experience with web- or tech-based program support tools
  • Strong organizational/time management skills and multi-tasking capabilities
  • Proficiency with budgeting and financial business principles
  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, self-managed environment
  • Aptitude for detail, accuracy, problem-solving and process improvement
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both working internally as part of a team and working with clients
  • Microsoft Suite proficiency especially in excel and database environments
  • Some experience with Content Management Systems and websites preferred
  • Flexibility for position to be remote with preference for Eastern US presence
