Moulton Law Offices is a leading force in Estate Planning and Elder Law services in Eastern Washington and Northern Idaho. ROLE DESCRIPTION: 

The Client Care Program (CCP) Benefits Administrator is vital to the efficient operation of the Client Care Program. This role provides essential administrative support to the CCP Coordinator and contributes to the overall success of the program. The position requires a strong focus on detail, the ability to perform repetitive tasks with consistency, and a commitment to maintaining high standards of accuracy and professionalism.

 

The ideal candidate is comfortable working at a desk in a shared workspace for most of the workday, handling computer-based tasks, and performing physical tasks such as printing, folding, stuffing, and mailing documents. Interaction with clients via phone (excluding cold calls) is also a regular part of this role. Proficiency in Microsoft Office and AirTable is preferred, along with strong organizational and communication skills.

 

This is a part-time role (24 hours per week) with potential flexibility in working hours.

 

While this position is strictly on-site, there may be opportunities for additional hours during peak periods, though these are not required but would be greatly appreciated.

 

RESPONSIBILITIES: 

  • Compile documents and create digital online file storage lockboxes for new clients; update and maintain lockboxes for current clients.
  • Prepare and process program materials, including printing, folding, stuffing, and mailing documents.
  • Conduct monthly CCP renewal reminder phone calls for clients with expiring memberships.
  • Provide occasional support to the CCP Coordinator by answering phone calls, addressing client inquiries when possible, or redirecting them to the appropriate team member.
  • Undertake miscellaneous tasks and projects as assigned.

EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE: 

  • High School Diploma 
  • Experience with the Microsoft Office suite and AirTable are preferred.
