Key Responsibilities:

  • Team Leadership: Lead and oversee a team of 8-10 electricians on various projects, ensuring all work meets the company's high standards.
  • Safety and Compliance: Conduct and manage work safely and efficiently, ensuring compliance with industry regulations and company policies.
  • Client Interaction: Maintain clear and effective communication with clients and project stakeholders, representing the company professionally.
  • Site Management: Oversee job sites, ensuring projects are completed on time and within budget.
  • Mentorship: Mentor and develop junior electricians, fostering a culture of continuous improvement and safety.

What We're Looking For:

  • Experience: 2+ years as a Foreman in electrical work, with experience running crews of 8-10 workers.
  • Technical Skills: Skilled electrician with a strong understanding of safety protocols and electrical regulations. Must have controls experience, including building management, temperature, ventilation, and air conditioning systems.
  • Language Skills: Bi-lingual Spanish is required to enhance communication with a diverse workforce.
  • Client-Facing: Comfortable interacting with clients and presenting a professional, competent image.
  • Leadership: Able to operate independently and lead a team effectively, with a stable and reliable job history.
