Job Summary
Wye Electric is seeking a reliable, motivated, and proactive electrician at the Foreman level who can seamlessly integrate into our project teams.

Commercial experience is essential. We are in search of team-oriented individuals capable of supervising a crew of three or more. Candidates must possess a current OSHA 30 certification and CPR/First Aid certification. Personal tools and dependable transportation are required. Successful candidates will pass a drug screening and maintain a clean driving record.

Key Responsibilities

Qualifications
  • Prior experience as a Shop Foreman or in a similar role is preferred
  • Foreman training or certification is a plus
  • Strong understanding of work optimization techniques
  • Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
  • Proven leadership and crisis management skills
  • Familiarity with relevant safety regulations
