Position Overview

I am a very Successful State Farm Agent with 27 years of experience and I'm looking for a qualified professional to join my winning team as an Customer Service Representative - State Farm Agent Team Member. If you are tired of working in a smile and dial high pressure insurance factory and are looking to enjoy working as a professional counselor at insurance offering only needs based solutions to my customers, this is the opportunity for you. Responsibilities

    • Have Fun.
    • Establish customer relationships and follow up with customers, as needed.
    • Use a customer-focused, needs-based review process to educate customers about insurance options.
    • Provide prompt, accurate, and friendly customer service. Service can include responding to inquiries regarding insurance availability, eligibility, coverages, policy changes, transfers, claim submissions, and billing clarification.
    • Maintain a strong work ethic with a total commitment to success each and every day.

  • Requirements

    • Insurance customer service experience required
    • Excellent communication skills - written, verbal and listening
    • People-oriented
    • Self-motivated
    • Proactive in problem solving
    • Dedicated to excellent customer service
    • Experience in a variety of computer applications, particularly Windows
    • Pride in getting work done accurately and timely
    • Ability to work in a team environment
    • Ability to multi-task
    • Life and Health license (must be able to obtain)
    • Personal Lines License (must have currently)
    • Courses on ethical and customer centered sales practices will be required
    • Associate's degree or higher preferred
