Responsibilities:

As an On-Call Scheduling Coordinator, you'll be a vital extension of our office after hours and on weekends. Your dynamic role includes:

  • Managing phone calls from our valued employees and clients
  • Expertly rescheduling employee shifts and updating availability records in the NurseCore App
  • Engaging in recruitment calls and facilitating new order intake beyond standard office hours
  • Executing insightful reporting tasks assigned by the Success Manager or Area Vice President

  • Providing exceptional support to our team and clients, ensuring their needs are met promptly and with a smile

Qualifications:

  • Experience: At least one year in a service-related industry, with a strong preference for medical staffing experience. Showcase your outstanding problem-solving skills, especially in healthcare settings.
