Qualifications:

- Experience working with children is preferred.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Patience and capacity to thrive in a dynamic setting.
- Ability to build and sustain positive relationships with students and their families.
- Flexible availability, particularly during after-school hours.
- Must pass a background check.
- Completion of Virtus Training is necessary.
