This position is housed in Tulsa, OK and is open to applicants statewide.

Administrative Programs Officer, Level I - E12A

Annual salary: $43,069.95 + Full state benefits

Job-related travel is Occasional.  Must possess a valid driver's license.

Days worked will be Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm.  

Minimum Qualifications

  • A bachelor's degree and one (1) year of professional or technical administrative* experience in business or public administration;
  • OR an equivalent combination of education and experience, substituting one (1) year of qualifying experience for each year of the required education.

NOTE: Technical administrative experience would include highly complex clerical work gained under the direct supervision of a professional supervisor or manager.

Job Responsibilities

  • Respond to Specialized Foster Care (SFC) and Agency Companion (AC) inquiries.
  • Assist with tracking new SFC and AC inquiries from application through approval.
    Initiate Background Checks on SFC and AC inquiries.
  • Support program manager and specialists with tasks related to correspondence with SFC and AC families.
  • Assist with locating placement options for individuals in need of placement.
  • Review home records for accuracy and quality.
