The Opportunity:

We are looking for a motivated, compassionate, helpful Inbound Sales Representative to qualify and enroll potential law firm clients for help completing their wills, trusts, and other premium estate planning services. This role involves meeting with individuals and couples, as well as delivering classroom-style presentations to an audience of potential clients. All of the potential clients you will be working with have already scheduled an appointment or otherwise expressed interest in talking to someone about our services. The right candidate is a great listener and empathizer who won't shy away from reassuring and reminding clients about who and what is important to them when they have second thoughts about choosing a better future. The Inside Sales Representative also has excellent follow-up, professional communication, and diligently manages their calendar, tasklist, and inbox.

Compensation, Benefits, and Schedule:

  • Competitive base salary with performance-based compensation for total On Target Earnings of $100k annually-a rockstar in this role can achieve $110k+.
  • Comprehensive benefits package includes paid holidays, paid time off, health insurance, retirement plan contributions, vision insurance, dental insurance, disability insurance, and life insurance.
  • This is a full-time hybrid position with your in-office schedule being based on client demand for in-person meetings, and department coverage needs. The typical schedule for this role is 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM, with flexibility for client workshop presentations.

What You Will Do:

The main responsibilities of this role are conducting sales meetings, providing classroom presentations, following up with potential clients by phone and email, quality assurance calls with clients, and promptly entering your notes and tracking your results in our client relationship management software and spreadsheets. To support these responsibilities, we will have frequent sales team meetings and training and role playing opportunities.

Our sales meetings consist of learning why prospective clients-couples, individuals, and occasionally multi-generational families-requested our help, digging into what results they want to achieve and why it's important to them. You'll determine if our services could help, show the prospective clients their next steps toward the future they want, and enroll them to meet with an attorney. Before, during, and after, you'll need to remind clients to stay on track toward their desired outcome. And you'll check in with clients and the legal team along the way to make sure we are providing the exceptional service we promised.

Our presentations are designed to make estate planning concepts easy for our clients to understand and help our prospective clients discover what most plans don't address in an enjoyable and accessible format.

Not everyone will be ready to move forward when you first talk to them, so you'll need to be on point with frequent, relevant follow-up. Entering good notes and tracking your results will be essential, both for follow-up, and for helping the rest of the team assure clients that we are on top of their matter.

This role is specifically about helping clients discover what they want and helping them commit to getting it. Non-attorneys are not permitted to give legal advice; rather, you'll be there to help our attorneys get the best results for our clients by making sure everyone is dialed in to what's most important to them.

Qualifications:

Prior customer service or B2C sales experience (professional services industry preferred).
