Responsibilities:
  • Provides daily personnel management for employees to ensure production schedules are met, system resources are utilized effectively, and issues are resolved in an efficient and timely manner.
  • Serves as the primary means of communication with the client on all production related items to ensure proper relationships are established and maintained with the customer.
  • Responsible for gathering and correlating production-related data for submission to the customer as scheduled.
  • Responsible for maintaining contract deliverables.
Requirements:
  • Master’s Degree (or higher-level degree) in Program/Project Management, Business Management, Finance, Information Technology/Computer Science, Logistics Management, or related discipline.
  • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification current at time of contract award and maintained through the life of contract.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in program management.
  • Minimum of 12 years of experience in interacting with high-ranking officials on program management support.
