Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled Project Management Analyst to support the U.S. Marine Corps College of Distance Education and Training (CDET). As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for tracking technical issues, providing customer support, and participating in the planning and development of updates to the eLearning Ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities
  • Track and resolve technical issues related to the MarineNet eLE system using Jira.
  • Assist in identifying, writing, and tracking system requirements with the MarineNet Officer and LMS Officer.
  • Review and track JIRA/Confluence Ecosystem defects and updates related to Government Acceptance Testing (GAT) and future Ecosystem releases.
  • Provide technical documentation and drawings for review and comment.
  • Inform MarineNet Training Managers of changes to MarineNet, including functionality, updates to CDET policy and procedures, and new courses added to MarineNet.
  • Review and assist with daily service support requests.
  • Maintain the MarineNet eLE site through Adobe Experience Manager.
  • Provide operational expertise to CDET Student Support to ensure identification and resolution of issues related to MarineNet eLE.
  • Contribute to the development of MarineNet eLE Standard Operating Procedures (SOP).
  • Review MarineNet eLE roles for personnel and ensure compliance with CDET policies.
  • Coordinate with internal and external entities to ensure a high-quality learning environment for U.S. Marine Corps and sister services.
Requirements
  • Experience with cloud infrastructure, network, or learning management system (LMS) administration.
  • Effective written and oral communication skills and the ability to work in a team environment.
Desired Experience
  • Experience with HTML/CSS/JavaScript.
  • Experience with Adobe tools/applications (Experience Manager, Captivate, Creative Cloud Tools, Connect).
  • Experience with Learning Support Systems (e.g., Moodle) and Assessment Tools (e.g. Questionmark).
  • Experience with Jira and/or Confluence.
  • Experience with courseware development or other academic support.
Education Requirements

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university (high school diploma with certifications for desired applications acceptable alternative).
