Responsibilities;
- 2 years technical support experience in a commercial environment
- 2 years networking support experience in a commercial environment
- 2 years computer repair experience (Windows and Mac) in a commercial environment
- Very strong verbal skills
- Very strong written skills
- Very strong organizational skills
- Very strong customer service skills.
There skills are not required but are desirable
- Previous technical and networking support experience for a commercial internet service provider
- Ability to speak Spanish
- Advanced networking skills
- Work with brilliant minds, often within a global capacity;
- Linus systems administration skills
- Apache, MariaDB/MySQL, Firewalls
- Web development skills.
