Join Our Growing Team as a Business Development Associate
Are you ready to be part of a rapidly expanding Business Development firm that tailors marketing and sales strategies to meet each client's unique needs? We're looking for a driven and professional entry-level Business Development Associate to join our team and assist our expanding consumer base. As a Business Development Associate, you'll play a crucial role in handling product inquiries, addressing customer questions, and guiding the sales process from start to finish. This position puts you at the forefront of interacting with our clients' consumers, so being a people-person is an absolute must

Key Responsibilities of our Business Development Associate:
- Present our client's products and services directly to each customer account based on their individual needs and preferences
- Utilize negotiation skills to navigate the sales process with both existing and potential customers
- Tailor product recommendations to enhance customer satisfaction and brand loyalty
- Foster and maintain strong customer relationships until product/service delivery is complete
- Collaborate with other entry-level and upper-level Business Development Trainees to ensure success by staying informed about current knowledge, market trends, and compliance requirements
What We're Seeking in a Business Development Associate:
- Customer service background with exceptional communication skills
- Preferably 1-2 years of experience in Account Management, Business Development Trainee, or Leadership roles
- Strong work ethic and drive for success
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Eagerness for growth and hunger for knowledge in the entry-level phase
- Results-driven mindset
