Stakeholder Engagement:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders.
  • Facilitate meetings and workshops to gather input and feedback.
  • Act as a liaison between business units and IT teams to ensure alignment and effective communication.
Continuous Improvement:
  • Identify opportunities for process improvements and recommend solutions.
  • Stay current with industry trends and best practices in business analysis and project management.
  • Mentor and guide junior business analysts, fostering a culture of continuous learning and development.
REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS/SKILLS:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Finance, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst, with at least 3 years in a senior or lead role.
  • Proven experience in project management, including leading complex projects in the oil and gas industry.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Visio and PowerPoint.
  • Strong storytelling skills with the ability to communicate complex ideas effectively.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Familiarity with industry-standard methodologies such as Agile and Lean Six Sigma is a plus.
  • PMP or CBAP certification is desirable.
PREFERRED SKILLS
  • Experience in the oil and gas industry or LEAN manufacturing.
  • A Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Familiarity with data visualization tools and techniques.
  • Advanced knowledge of Excel and other data analysis tools.
