Senior Manager of Reporting & AnalyticsPurpose and Scope/General Summary: We are looking for a Senior Manager of Reporting & Analytics for Pilgrim s that reports onsite to the Corporate Office in Greeley, Colorado.Responsibilities:Provide accurate, timely, and insightful information and analytics to the business; oversee maintenance of executive financial presentations, data integrity of Qlik dashboards, and various sustainability and financial reports Prioritize demand from several departments at the corporate office and plant locations; maintain alignment and communication with business and finance/accounting leadership Cultivate a strong partnership with various business units as finance and accounting, IT, and procurement through collaborative solution design and general communication Engage with external stakeholders, including equity/debt analysts, sustainability ratings agencies, and various vendorsBe able to clearly communicate with leadership and colleagues on complex issues specific to the business, financial community, and sustainability related matters Support management with ad-hoc analysis Other duties as assigned Qualifications:
Bachelor s Degree in Finance, Agribusiness, Computer Science, Business Analysis, Sustainability, or relevant field5+ years of experience of accounting, finance, or business analysis Exceptional analytical and problem solving skillsKnowledge of US agriculture industry, especially chicken, is a major plusIntermediate to advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint requiredStrong analytical and critical thinking skills Self-driven and willing to problem solve Experience in QlikView, QlikSense, and SAP Business Objects is desired Can perform the functions of the job with or without a reasonable accommodationAs a salaried position with the company, you may be required to travel at some point to other facilities, to attend Company events, or as a representative of the Company in other situations. Unless otherwise specified in this posting, the amount of travel may vary and the most qualified candidate must be willing and able to travel as business needs dictate.The applicant who fills this position will be eligible for the following compensation and benefits:Benefits: Vision, Medical, and Dental coverage begin after 60 days of employment;Paid Time Off: sick leave, vacation, and 6 company observed holidays;401(k): company match begins after the first year of service and follows the company vesting schedule; Base salary range of $86,000-$120,000; andIncentive Pay: This position is eligible to participate in the Company s annual bonus plan, the amount of bonus varies and is subject to the standard terms and conditions of the incentive program;
