Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our team as an Insurance Sales Agent. The successful candidate will be responsible for cultivating leads, prospecting new clients, and providing personalized insurance solutions to meet the unique needs of our customers.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies to generate leads and acquire new clients.
  • Conduct thorough insurance policy reviews and assessments to identify coverage gaps and recommend appropriate products.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients through proactive communication and exceptional customer service.
  • Stay informed about industry trends, product offerings, and regulatory changes to effectively advise clients and remain competitive in the market.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall success of the agency.
  • Attend networking events, community activities, and other relevant gatherings to expand your professional network and promote the agency's services

Requirements
  • Previous experience in insurance sales or a related field is preferred but not required.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Strong sales acumen with a proven track record of achieving targets.
  • Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Proficiency in basic computer skills and familiarity with insurance software systems.
  • A valid insurance license (or willingness to obtain one) in the state of [Specify state] is required.
