We immediately need a Sales Director in Southampton, PA. This full-time opportunity will lead and manage the sales team to achieve the companys sales targets and expand its customer base. This role involves strategic planning, developingsalesstrategies, and overseeing the execution ofsalesinitiatives to drive revenue growth. TheSales Directorwill also manage and grow a portfolio of key client accounts, ensuring long-term success and profitability. TheSales Directorwill work closely with the marketing and design teams to ensure that trade show exhibits meet client needs and expectations. The ideal candidate MUST have a proven track record insaleswithin the trade show or exhibit design industry.

Responsibilities:

  • Develop and ImplementSalesStrategies:Create and execute comprehensivesalesplans to achieve company objectives and increase market share.
  • Team Leadership:Lead, mentor, and motivate the Account Executive team to meet and exceedsales targets. Provide training and development opportunities to enhance team performance.
  • Client Relationship Management:Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients. Understand their needs and provide tailored solutions.
  • Collaboration:Work closely with the production and design teams to alignsalesstrategies with overall business goals and ensure seamless execution of trade show exhibits.
  • Performance Monitoring:Track and analyzesalesperformance metrics, providing regular reports to top management. Adjust strategies as needed to achieve targets.
  • Contract Negotiation:Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients to secure profitable deals.

Qualifications:

  • Education:Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
  • Experience:Minimum of 5-7 years ofsalesexperience, with at least 3 years in a leadership role, preferably in the trade show or exhibit design industry.


Skills:

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proven track record of achievingsalestargets and driving revenue growth.
  • Ability to analyze market trends and develop effectivesalesstrategies.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
  • Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
