We’re hiring a part-time community outreach specialist to assist with reaching more referral sources for our practice. As a member of the team, you’ll assist the leadership team with the implementation and execution of creating relationships with referral sources through promotional materials, creative content, advertising strategies, and social media. The ideal candidate for this position balances creativity with structure, can effectively work with a team to bring great ideas to life, and is committed to on-brand quality work. If you can’t wait to get started, we want you on our team.

Compensation:

$25 hourly

Responsibilities:
  • Maintain our social media platforms including messages to our audience
  • Deliver reports on monthly analytics across web and social platforms and advise on improvements
  • Develop branded marketing materials such as social posts, blogs, and web copy that is professional and well-written

  • Create connections with referral sources within the community and maintain these relationships
  • Maintain the website and psychologytoday.com profiles to make sure they are up to date

Qualifications:
  • Must be driven with strong communication and project management skills
  • Strong understanding of web and email systems, public relations, brand messaging, and social platforms

  • Must have an understanding of the mental health field and what referral sources would be appropriate for the practice

At Pause Wellness Center Inc., our primary focus is on helping people learn the skills they need to manage the challenges they are facing in their lives related to mental health. We teach clients to be more emotionally savvy, to learn how to communicate effectively, and to manage mental health symptoms using a variety of different strategies. Our practice is growing and we are looking to add other disciplines to our team. Pause Wellness Center Inc. is located right on Rt 20 in Northborough, MA.
