Job Description

Title: Director of Sales

Department: Leadership Team

Reports to: President

We are in search of an accomplished Real Estate professional with a drive for achievement and measurable results. The ideal candidate is deeply committed to customer service, teacher mentality, adept at fostering relationships, excels in communication and collaboration, motivates team members, possesses an insatiable thirst for knowledge, has the breadth and depth of knowledge in all real estate asset types and has a natural inclination for financial success embedded in their DNA.

About us: We are a rapidly expanding real estate investment group equipped with a comprehensive real estate platform, providing extraordinary opportunities and compensation packages for exceptional individuals. Our customer-centric approach necessitates outstanding customer service skills, catering not only to our residents but also to our investors. Our ethos revolves around being exceptional in every facet of our operations. We cultivate a culture that revolves around hiring outstanding individuals who aspire to want the best for each other, believe in each other's potential, and anticipate nothing but excellence from one another. We make positive impacts on people, properties, and communities.

Your Opportunity: We are on the lookout for a highly skilled and licensed motivational catalyst to join our expanding team of real estate experts and professionals at our corporate headquarters in Augusta, Georgia, the host city of the annual Masters Tournament. The selected candidate will take charge of all markets, collaborating closely with the internal asset management team providing acquisition guidance for scattered site single family portfolios, build for rent communities and multifamily communities that are one hundred units or less. You will play a pivotal role in growing the AUM (assets under management) in all markets.

This role involves evaluating and comprehending various real estate investments, be it residential or commercial. You should aspire to become the market expert, well-versed in all dynamics influencing changes in asset values. Articulating this knowledge to team members, investors and ownership is crucial. Possessing financial and business acumen is essential for discussing investments based on return metrics, asset valuation, asset preservation, revenue creation, and risk mitigation—adopting an asset manager mindset.

You won't be confined to a desk, although mentoring and inspiring your team will involve desk time. Instead, you will lead by example, actively participating in the community as its real estate expert. This includes attending and speaking at local events, tirelessly expanding your AUM through extensive networking and outreach. Business development should come naturally, demanding high energy and a hyper-focused commitment to consistently increase AUM.

This role presents a highly lucrative residual income opportunity that could propel you to a new, life-altering financial level. Are you remarkable? If you believe you possess these unique qualities and have a strong desire to make a meaningful impact on people, property, and places, we encourage you to reach out to us.

  • The desire to work in an environment built around collaboration, integrity, and accountability.
  • Extensive subject matter expertise in local, state, and national industry trends and standards.
  • Analytical skills to monitor and drive the financial performance of Auben Realty Sales in all markets.
  • Build and develop the Sales Team to support the Market, encompassing the recruitment, hiring, and onboarding of new Sales Agents, including Licensed Agents, and other staff.
  • Set and monitor Sales goals for the market, including Gross Sales Volume, GCI Goals, Individual Sales Agent Goals, and AUM goals with measurable metrics.
