Our Medical Assistants/Rad Tech’s are professionals at:

  • Following nursing protocols and ExperCARE Experience Touchpoints with every patient, every time while balancing accuracy with timely delivery of our services.
  • Accurately inputting patient information into EMR system
  • Using empathy to fully understand patient needs by asking questions and consistently providing complete and accurate solutions on the first visit
  • Must be open and flexible with work availability, into early evenings and weekends
  • Anticipate the needs of the patient and provider and act accordingly
  • Execute provider orders efficiently & completely
  • Produce quality imaging to aid in provider decision making
  • Ensure that all follow up actions are completed on each imaging patient (ie. Radiology over-read, imaging referrals, images sent to appropriate party in a timely manner)
  • Maintain all X-ray equipment according to safety & maintenance regulations
  • Proactively and frequently communicate with patients & family members throughout their visit
  • Follow up on all clinical questions and open items in message queues
  • Ensure fast and accurate delivery of occupational medicine results and records
  • Actively look for opportunities to create an extraordinary customer experience
  • Ongoing success formula engagement
  • Check email daily
