Job Summary
This is a position for a dynamic, experienced, and motivated individual who will lead initiatives as they relate to financial and business systems, including our NetSuite ERP. Collaborating internally with members of the financial functions, external consultants and other teams, this person will be responsible for understanding requirements and translating them into action. This position is responsible and accountable for the overall development, implementation, delivery, maintenance, continuity, and support of our core ERP system. Additionally, the role will be charged with working across teams to maintain connectors with other software in use such. The person will work to ensure that the functionality of NetSuite, and supporting systems, is optimized and that all users are well positioned with the training and knowledge needed to effectively use the systems to their fullest
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
• Maintenance and daily management of the business applications. General system administration.
• Prioritize tickets and execute activities independently
• Assist 3rd party services and other IT members in the management of the system configuration, including working with internal stakeholders in the design and data migration decisions.
• Maintain up-to-date knowledge of business application functionality, customization, and integration
• Builds, runs, distributes, implements, and supports in-depth dashboards, searches, and operational reports to provide insight into data needs for all team functions.
• Manage custom fields, forms, records, lists, and workflows to meet business requirements. Management of User Acceptance testing tasks.
• Build, implement, and maintain proper system permissions access for all roles.
• System configuration, data integrity, and all system-related policies and procedures.
• Providing front line support for all users with consideration for all aspects of NetSuite, data maintenance and other business applications.
• Point of contact to NetSuite support and all 3rd party integration partners.
• Collaborate and partner with internal stakeholders to ensure the design and functionality of the Enterprise Resource Planning (ERP) system is driving value and efficiency for the organization
• Review upgrades to evaluate the impact on processes, configurations, and customizations.
• Ability to analyze complex problems and assess how NetSuite can be utilized to solve them.
• May be on call 2/47 for system support
• Other duties as assigned

Minimum Requirements
• Maintain the integrity of the sandbox environments
• Experience with Oracle Database, SQL Server & Statements, or other Query languages (preferred, not required)
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills; ability to work creatively in a problem-solving environment

• Ability to maintain confidentiality.

Education Requirements/Work Experience
• College Degree with a technical or business management major is preferred but not required
• Bachelor’s degree with a technical or business management major from accredited college/university in human resources or related field or equivalent combination of training and experience.
• 2+ years of NetSuite experience on Creating Dashboards, Custom Fields, Forms, Saved Searches, Reports, and Workflows.
• Excellent organizational and communication skills with all levels of the organization
• Good knowledge of at least one scripting language
• Ability to travel to sites, to assist with support or project deployment

The noise level in the work environment is usually moderate to high level with ear protection required.
