Position Overview


The Quality Control Manager will oversee and manage all aspects of quality assurance within our solar energy projects. This role involves developing, implementing, and monitoring quality control processes to ensure that our solar products and installations meet or exceed industry standards and customer expectations. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in quality control within the renewable energy sector, with a keen eye for detail and a passion for innovation.

Requirements:
  • Develop and implement quality control policies and procedures for solar products and installations.
  • Conduct regular inspections and audits of solar equipment, materials, and installation practices to ensure compliance with quality standards.
  • Collaborate with installation teams to identify and resolve quality issues.
  • Review and analyze quality data to identify trends and areas for improvement.
  • Manage Lendor portals.
  • Ensure all quality control documentation is accurate, up-to-date, and complies with industry regulations.
  • Stay current with industry standards, regulations, and best practices related to solar energy and quality control.

Qualifications

  • Minimum of 2 years of experience in quality control or assurance, with at least three years in the solar energy sector.
  • Proven experience with quality control tools, techniques, and methodologies.
  • Strong understanding of solar energy systems, components, and installation practices.
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in CRM's and technology
  • Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to quality.
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal.
