Position Overview: We are seeking a QC Bioassay Analyst with expertise in cell culture and cell-based assays.

Work Environment: This position requires 100% onsite presence.

Contract Duration: This is a 6-month contract role with potential for permanent placement, though this is not guaranteed at this time.

Compensation: The hourly rate for this position ranges from $50 to $55, depending on the candidate's experience.

Essential Qualifications:

  • Cell culture experience is mandatory for this role, including familiarity with cell lines such as Huh-7, HeLARC32, and SF9/SF+, HEK293.

Additional Experience Required:

  • A minimum of 4 to 5 years of laboratory experience in a Quality Control testing role within a GLP/cGMP environment.
  • Proficiency in Cell and Molecular Biology techniques, including potency assays, TCID50, Electrophoresis, qPCR, and Western Blot.
  • Experience in conducting routine and non-routine testing, as well as reviewing in-process, downstream release, stability, and raw material samples in accordance with standard operating procedures (SOPs).
  • A strong understanding of industry testing standards and requirements.
  • Participation in equipment validation, method transfer/validation, and execution of special protocols.
  • Experience managing change controls and deviations related to Quality Control operations.
  • Oversight of sampling and storage processes for QC samples.

Educational Background:

  • A Bachelor’s degree in Cell and Molecular Biology or a related scientific discipline is required.
