YOUR DAY AS A CRISIS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

Every day, as a Crisis Management Consultant at our human services nonprofit, you have the chance to make a real difference in the mental health of our clients. Your unique experiences enable you to support clients in crisis, assist families, and swiftly respond to behavioral health emergencies. You also thrive in a collaborative team environment, provide short-term therapeutic support, and ensure adherence to all regulatory standards. Your work as a recovery specialist plays a crucial role in helping individuals on their road to recovery, contributing to suicide prevention efforts, and engaging with the community in St. Clair County.


REQUIREMENTS FOR A CRISIS MANAGEMENT CONSULTANT

Are you an excellent communicator? Do you have fantastic organizational and time management skills? If yes, you might just be perfect for this behavioral health position with our human services nonprofit We also require:

  • 21+ years old
  • High School Diploma, GED, or higher education
  • Personal experience
  • St. Clair County, IL residency
  • Certified Recovery Support Specialist status within one year of hire
  • Ability and willingness to actively participate in a fast-paced, multidisciplinary team environment
  • Valid driver's license and proof of automobile insurance
  • Experience with mobile crisis response (preferred)
