You will set your own schedule, so you can work anytime that fits YOUR schedule.
Responsibilities:
1. Complete a test call
2. Call all companies provided via assigned lists
3. Evaluate the level of customer service provided by answering representative
4. Document detailed information of overall experience
5. Complete review submission form before the required deadline
6. Ensure that form is free of errors and misinformation
Pay Rate:
$3 per call (7 calls or less) or $30 per completed list (8 calls or more)
Requirements
* Minimum 6 months customer service experience, preferably call center related
* Moderate level of computer knowledge
* Ability to work with minimal supervision
* Must be self-directed and self-motivated
* Strong listening skills
* Accuracy
* Efficiency
* Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Technical Requirements
• Active Phone line (mobile or landline)
• Mobile Device capable of downloading applications
• CPU (Intel or AMD) 2GHz processor (or equivalent)
• Resolution of 1,280 x 720 (720p) or greater
• Internet Explorer 9.0 or higher
