GET TO KNOW THE ROLE

As an Automotive Service Manager, you lead our service team, keep costs in check, and make customers happy. You build relationships, hit sales goals, and keep detailed records. Additionally, you prep repair orders, give recommendations, and provide estimates for our valued clients.

Your role is crucial in training technicians and advisors for top-notch service. Your positive attitude and hands-on approach make a difference every day


REQUIREMENTS

  • 3+ years of experience in dealership or independent store management
  • 3+ years of experience as a mechanic (must be able to fix cars if needed)
  • 2+ years of experience as a service advisor
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Professional appearance
  • Ability to create and maintain excellent customer relations
  • Strong desire for above-average CSI
  • Accuracy and attention to detail
  • Ability to train and manage all service staff
  • Strong computer and internet skills, including experience/skills with a CRM system
  • Ability to pass a license/motor vehicle record check
