Office Assistant

Responsibilities:- Connect with our customer base and raise brand visibility by coordinating community events
- Schedule appointments, including travel arrangements or other company engagements
- Inform team members regularly about the status of projects and any setbacks or achievements
- Order office equipment and supplies as needed
- Grow in the position through continued learning and revitalization of skillsets in related duties
- Manage and organize listing documentation, including contracts, agreements, and disclosures.
- Coordinate and schedule property showings, inspections, and open houses.
- Assist with client communication, including answering inquires providing updates on listings.
- Prepare and distribute marketing materials for property listings
- Provide administrative support to the real estate team, including scheduling appointments, maintaining databases and filing paperwork.
- Assist with office operations, including ordering supplies and maintaining the office
- Perform other duties as assigned to support the overall success of the team.
- Display excellent written, problem-solving, and verbal communication skills
- Navigates computer programs with ease to provide a quick front-desk experience for customers
- Customer service experience in our industry is preferred
- History of being deadline-driven and extremely organized
- High school diploma or GED required, some college experience preferred
