RJK has been in business for over 50 years and has 3 locations in New Port Richey, Brandon and Orlando.

 

We are looking for an experienced administration assistant to provide administrative support to our Service HVAC and Plumbing Departments. Candidate needs to be punctual, motivated to get the job done, and can work independently without supervision. This position has no nights or weekends.

 

Qualifications:

  • 2-3 years’ experience as administration assistant.
  • Problem solver.
  • Arriving to work on time each day.
  • Attention to detail and prioritization skills.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Customer service skills.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
  • Must be willing to take a background check and drug screen which is part of the hiring process.
